Important Information Regarding COVID-19

Dear patient:

Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice, we follow recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

We have instituted many new safety measures at the Office to protect you and our staff.

HEALTH SAFETY MEASURES INCLUDE:

  • Patients and staff members are not allowed into the Center if they are feeling ill.
  • If you are not feeling well, please let us know and we will reschedule your appointment for a later date.
  • Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask for some screening questions. You’ll be asked those same questions again when you are in the office.
  • No guest or family members can accompany the patient to their appointment unless the patient is disabled or minor.
  • All staff members are required to wear a mask. We request that patients also wear a mask during their visit.
  • We will take your temperature when you enter the office.
  • You will have to wash you’re your hands before being treated and at the end.
  • We have a hand sanitizer in the office for you to use as needed.
  • You may see that our waiting room no longer offer magazines, those items are difficult to clean and disinfect.
  • Waiting room chairs are arranged to ensure physical distancing.
  • Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients.
