Maria has been working alongside Dr. Caballero for over 18 years. Very often, Maria seems to read Dr. Caballero’s mind and will hand her instruments before she asks for them. Maria is the bond that keeps the office together. She has watched many of our children patients grow into adults while working at Flagler Dental Clinic of Miami Inc.

Gloria — Dental Assistant
Gloria has been a Dental Assistant at Flagler Dental Clinic for over 13 years. Besides working seamlessly with Dr. Caballero, She enjoys performing many expanded duty treatments like making temporaries and taking study model impressions. She is very personable and will always ask you how your family is doing when you visit us.

Lil — Insurance Coordinator
Lil — Insurance Coordinator
Lil has been working at Flagler Dental Clinic of Miami for 12 years. She takes care of all our patients’ insurance needs. When you become a patient, Lil will process your insurance claims and make any necessary calls to your dental insurance company for you. Our patients are used to seeing her smiling face when they come into our office.

Marzita — Dental Hygienist
Maritza has been working at Flagler Dental Clinic for over 16 years. With her years of experience, she is excellent at explaining procedures to patients. You could not find a more knowledgeable, caring, and personable hygienist to take care of your periodontal needs.

Marisol has been working at our dental office for 13 years. She greets patients when they come in, schedules appointments, and sends reminders to patients. Marisol never forgets a name or face. She will soon get to know what your favorite days and times are for your appointments, as well as when you like to be called to confirm your appointment.

Kirenia — Front Desk/Treatment Coordinator
Kirenia is the newest member of our staff. She has been with the practice for three years. She was not recruited to replace anyone, but was added to make our front desk run more smoothly and efficiently as we continue to grow. She has integrated into our office very well. We are very happy to have her as the newest member of our family.
